5th Grade Families! DMS Band will be hosting an Instrument Test-Drive this Thursday from 5:30-7:30pm in the DMS Cafeteria. This is a chance for families to come find out what band is all about and try out all the instruments offered in 6th Grade Band class. It is a drop-in event, so whatever time you can make it between 5:30 and 7:30pm is fine!

Tomorrow our K - 2nd grade students will be completing their I-ready testing! Make sure to get in bed early for good night sleep, pack your things the night before, and eat a good breakfast! We are so proud of you all! Do your best and don’t worry about the rest!
Our 4th graders brought language to life with an Idioms Parade!
From “raining cats and dogs” to “a piece of cake,” students dressed up as their favorite idioms and paraded through the halls showing off their creativity and understanding of figurative language. It was a fun, educational celebration that had everyone guessing the idiom behind each costume. Great job, 4th grade!
