CALLING ALL THE FUTURE CHEFS! Pickens County Schools Student Nutrition Services is hosting a friendly competition. Students have an opportunity to create a recipe that will be showcased on our district menus next year! . Finalists will be chosen to compete in person 4/8.
We are so lucky to have the greatest counselor around! Mrs. Howard has a heart of gold and loves our students and their families. She has impacted and made a difference for so many people at DES! We would love for YOU to share some of your favorite memories/ stories of her!.

Prek had snow much fun today ❄️ ⛄️To wrap their snow unit up they made snowmen, created snowflakes, played snowman bingo, and got to have a snowball fight. What better way to celebrate the snow unit!
