Every year, students in grades 3-8 take SCREADY and SCPASS tests. Although we are a primary school with students in grades PreK-2nd, our Montessori program houses some third graders at LPS who will participate in the SCREADY end of the year state testing. A schedule of testing days is included below.

On Day 4 of Week of the Young Child at Liberty Primary, we celebrated “It Takes a Village Thursday”! On this day, we partnered with the Pickens County Career and Technology Center next door to provide our students with enriched learning opportunities that encouraged their unique interests and exposed them to possible career opportunities as they grow older. It truly takes all of us - parents, teachers, community members, career specialists, coaches, mentors - standing behind these kids, encouraging and empowering them to “be anything they want to be” in order to facilitate change in our community. Check out this video for a peek into our experience at the Pickens County CTC! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcDzAIkmg98
